दिल बहुत कुछ अंदर छुपाए रखता है, 

पर बेनकाब भी हो यह, तो क्या हो जाता?

चेहरा और आँखें खुली रहती हैं हमेशा,

किंतु छुपा है क्या उनमें, कौन है पढ़ पाता?

The heart hides a lot in its deep space,

Even if it’s open, will it change the pace?

The face and eyes remain open wide,

Yet who can read what’s locked inside?
