क्षणभंगुर यादें / Fleeting Memories

खुशी के कुछ पल, पुराना खजाना अनमोल,

दिल को देते हैं सुकून, जैसे चांदनी की चोल…

किन्तु लहरों की तरह, वे यादें धुंधला जाती हैं,

गोधूलि की छाया बन, धीरे-धीरे मिटा जाती हैं…

बहुत देर तक यादों का बोझ उठाया जाता नहीं,

दिल और दिमाग की सीमा है, वो सुहाता नहीं…

Moments of happiness, a treasure rare,

Bring comfort to heart, beyond compare…

Yet, like the waves, those memories fade,

Slowly disappearing, like a dusk shade…

For too long, the load cannot be sustained,

Heart and mind, their capacity restrained…
