just because it burns,

though darkness remains
beneath it…

On the auspicious occasion of the Big Day*, let us take a small resolution that we will light a lamp or become a lamp, at least for some…

*P.S. Big Day (coined for the Christmas Day during the colonial British rule) still resonates with many of those times.
