Very touching words but the picture distresses me. I follow small birds for the Birds Canada Feederwatch project and this little bird will not survive bound up like this. And that of course is why the photo is perfect for your poem!!

Some people don’t know anything else but to bind and trap and do everything but have a honest love it’s almost criminal some of these relationships these days unhealthy to say the least.
