मैं ने उसे देखा
उसने भी उसे देखा
पर जो मैं ने देखा
उसने नहीं देखा
और जो उसने देखा
मैं ने नहीं देखा
परेशान हैं हम दोनों
किसने क्या देखा…
🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
I saw it
he too saw it
but he didn’t see
what I saw
and what he saw
I couldn’t see
we both are worried
who saw what…

Thank you, Kaushal, for making me laugh at your seemingly simple and witty truth, but in fact a fundamental reality; we don’t see the same way what we see. Take an apple as
an example: Issac Newton saw in an apple the gravity, others only a fruit. I could talk about an apple for a long time, its color, scent shape, taste, the multitude of varieties, and more…

Thank you, Joanna for value addition. You’re right, perspectives are different. Thoughts and ideas vary from person to person. That’s why we now go for brainstorming session to arrive at a collaborative and ideal approach. Like Newton and his apple, Archimedes also got his Eureka moment while taking bath, others do it as a routine.

Hahaha, it made me chuckle too. Just see plates in the pic carefully for a few moments. Do you see any change?

No. I don’t see anything. What is it? I’m curious now😯

All of the plates look flipped upside down, except one or two in left side. Look at them, and all will be right side up.😊

Another wonderful and thought provoking piece.Perceptions are so individualized, we could never really know what each other sees.💕

This is such a tell telling story Kaushal! Love it as I often am left scratching my head./. We all see through our own lens real or imagined.
Blows me away actually at times.

You’re so true, and it’s true with most of us, as our perceptions differ from person to person. Thank you, Cindy for sharing these beautiful thoughts. 💖💐🌹

My reality, my universe, is as I perceive it. Yours is so for you. Personally, I am more concerned when perceptions appear identical…!

Perceptions do differ, but we have to work out a midway.

The first step to which, I suspect, is accepting that we cannot know what is in someone else’s head and, therefore, generally we are in no position to judge it.

Sir, there won’t be life if we all can know what you see is seen by me too. Life sustains due to duality. Advaita is to live a divine life.

I agree with you. All cannot perceive the same thing in the same way. Thank you!

This poem gave me a chuckle, KK. But if we ignore the fact that people see things differently, we set ourselves up for misunderstandings. So you gave us both a laugh and a lesson…win-win! ❤
