शिकायत / Complaint

शिकायत थी उनकी
कि मैं बोलता नहीं,
दो शब्द क्या बुदबुदाया
सौजन्य के,
शिकायत अब यह हो गई
कि मैं बहुत बोलता हूं…

🦜 🦜 🦜 🦜 🦜 🦜

The complaint was
that I don’t talk,
I muttered a few words
of courtesy,
the complaint now is
that I talk too much…

  1. Dear Kaushal, we cannot win them all! Yours is just a clever little ditty at the end of the day.
For the readers who do have turbulence in their lives, please read the wise words of Henry Ford:
“When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it.”

    1. You’re so right, Joanna, it’s difficult to appease all, but it’s in our hands not to annoy others. I loved Henry Ford’s quote. Thank you for sharing. It’s really inspiring one. There is a similar quote, I don’t know who had said, that waterfalls won’t sound so melodious, if there were no rocks in their way.

  2. You do as they want; you don’t do as they want. They’ll hate you either way. Might as well just be hated while doing our own thing 😎

This was a really good one.
Gave me inspiration for a post. I’m going to write it down before I forget. Thank you! ❣️
