Bioscope

as I lie on my bed,
and close my eyes,
some invisible hand turns
the handle of a bioscope..

all episodes starting with you,
as young and energetic as ever,
lovelier and livelier than ever,
with multi-chromatic shades
and shadows blinking randomly,
exotic glimpses of events
once longed for,
low hanging luscious fruits
and fragrant flower petals
strewn all over,
a sublime cinematic treat
keeps me engaged,
before eyes start
becoming heavy..

a lovely transition
from hustle and bustle of the day
to a deep serene slumber..
